Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- 1. Design Development
- ’ Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning proposals
- ’ Translate client requirements into practical and aesthetic design solutions
- ’ Produce 2D drawings, layout plans, and 3D visuals
- 2. Technical & Documentation
- ’ Prepare detailed drawings including:
- o Layout plans
- o Electrical & lighting plans
- o Carpentry detailing
- ’ Ensure accuracy and minimize errors in all submissions
- ’ Coordinate with team and contractors
- 3. Project Coordination
- ’ Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal team
- ’ Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly
- ’ Identify and resolve site issues proactively
Requirements:
- 1. Minimum 1 years experience in interior design
- 2. Strong understanding of space planning and renovation detailing
- 3. Proficient in:
- ’ AutoCAD
- ’ Basic rendering tools
- 4. Good knowledge of:
- ’ Materials and finishes
- ’ Construction methods
- ’ Local renovation practices
- 5. Ability to work independently and in a team
- 6. Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
